“The World without Chicken”

Let’s consider the following situation:

For Sunday dinner you prepare a nice roast chicken together with roast potatoes and a couple of vegetables, say Brussels sprouts and parsnips.

Then move on to Monday  and you decide to have lunch out and cook something for dinner in the evening.

So where do you go for lunch, bearing in mind you probably don’t want chicken?

Not Chic-fil-a or KFC, that’s for sure.

If you take a chain like TGI Friday’s it interesting to note that on their “Sizzling and Main Entrées” menu page, out of a total of nine, seven contain chicken.
